GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or  Diploma in Food Technology.

• At least 2 - 3 years experience in Food Industry.

• Experience in Quality Control System and Food Processing.

• Experience & Knowledge  in HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, Food Hygiene & Sanitation

• Experience & Knowledge in Physical, Chemical and Micro biological Analysis.

• Excellent knowledge in computer.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English 

• Age should be 25 to 35 years old and with good moral character.

• Willing to work 12 hours in a 3 weeks shifting basis.
   

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY

• Physical & Chemical analysis of in process & finished products.

• Preparing reagents for lab analysis.

• Check & assure hygiene condition of all machines, equipments in all the production areas.

• Check & assure that production is using right recipe & ingredients.

• To assist in analysis of new delivery of raw & packaging materials.

• Prepare & maintain all documents & records related to daily Q.A.activities and make sure that which is comply the requirements of Quality & Safety management system.
