INZ Qualifications AND Required Experience:

Stock management; stock handling experience; fertilizer programming; breeding management; feed allocation and nutrition management; animal health management, including identifying and treating basic animal health problems; good communication skills; experience in team work; and experience in machinery operations, including tractors, implements, motorbikes and ATVs.

 

Other Farm Duties includes:

General Farm works and Irrigation; Cow Milking 500 – 1500 – heads / day; Get cows in; Milking; Set up plant and yard; Drenching; Teat spraying Identify, treat and record mastitis; Wash down milking plant; Shut cows away; Check teat spray
