Opportunities: MACHINIST

Job Responsibilities

• Machine set up and fully responsible for production operation (Output & quality).
• Responsible for day to day machine maintenance / trouble shooting to minimize downtime.
• Perform equipment set-up, troubleshooting and technical evaluation.
• To ensure all safety guidelines pertaining to machine handling are adhered.
• Inspection and confirmation of parts (Electrode).

Basic Requirements:-

• Ability to speak and write in English / Malay language
• Possess Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Metal Fabrication / Tool & Die
• Minimum experience as a Production Technician / Machinist in COLD FORMING PROCESS or TOOLING PROCESS is preferred
• Knowledge in mechanical drawing & ability to handle measuring equipment e.g. Micrometer, Caliper & Dial Gauge.
• Ability to perform shift duties
• Multiple job positions

Basic Salary Structure

1)      Basic Salary RM1,200 (Above 1 year experience) or PHP15,560.00

2)      Basic Salary RM1,400 (between 2 – 3 years experience) PHP19,320.00

3)      Allowances:-

Attendance Allowance – RM50.00 per month

Shift Allowance – RM3.00 per day for day-shift, RM6.00 per day for night-shift

                                    Quality incentive – value subject to individual/group performance

Benefits, Pay, Rewards

·         Returning ticket (upon completion of contract)

·         2-shift Production work (based on 5 days weekly work)

·         Rotation shift on weekly or bi-weekly basis (rest day shall fall on Sunday)

Morning shift (7am – 5pm) & Night Shift (9pm to 7am)

·         Overtime (150% of normal hourly rate on normal days & 200% on public or rest day) 

·         Twin-sharing rooms complete with fully furnished accommodation

Remarks

·         2 years contract (renewable)

·         Employee is responsible for paying and declaring personal Income Tax, if applicable

·         Review of salary increment upon confirmation. All salary increment ties with individual performance as well as company performance in April every year. 

·         13^th month salary and special Variable bonus depends on company profitability and discretion of management & Employee individual performance.

·         3 6 months probation with a possibility of 3 months extension if employee not meeting expectation.  Employment contract will be terminated should employees fail to perform.

·         Employees are expected to follow all company policy and procedures.  Any violation subject to disciplinary actions up to dismissal and result of returning air fare at personal cost.

·         Employees pre-terminating own employment and had serve less than 2 years contract are responsible for the air fare ticket.

·         No sponsorship to dependants.

·         Vacation back to Philippines allowed only after completion of 2 years service
