POSITION: Technician

 

Responsibilities:

• Machine set up and fully responsible for production operation (Output & quality).
• Responsible for day to day machine maintenance / trouble shooting to minimize downtime.
• Perform equipment set-up, troubleshooting and technical evaluation.
• To ensure all safety guidelines pretaining to machine handling are adhered.
• Inspection and confirmation of parts (Electrode).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Metal Fabrication / Tool & Die.
• Experience as production technician (Those with experience in Cold Forming or Tooling Process would be an advantage).
• Knowledge in mechanical drawing & ability to handle measuring equipment e.g. Micrometer, Caliper & Dial Gauge.
• Conversant in English.
