

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the job is primarily responsible, in support to the production operations, for the overall maintenance of the shop floor equipment and material handling vehicles, reduction of downtime due to machine breakdowns, reduction and control of spares parts consumption, periodic preventive maintenance of all equipment and for the control of manpower (direct and indirect).
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
· Minimum of 10 years working experience in maintenance of industrial equipment, 5 years of which must be in supervisory post.
· Excellent communication skills in English language (oral and written)
· In-depth understanding on Electrical layout of electrical machines, equipment, wiring installations for light and power, motor control systems using programmable logic controller (PLC).
· Proficient in MS Office applications and other desktop utilities.
· Must have proven track of good leadership
· Must have awareness on Health & Safety Environment (HSE) Practices
· Must have the ability for fault diagnosis and repair of electrical machines, wiring installations, equipment and control systems.
