- ATLEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PETROCHEMICAL, REFINERY OIL AND GAS PROJECT

Job Description Sheet
.
1.Carry out MT and/ or PT testing (for certified Technicians only) & prepare reports.
2.Monitor welders’ daily QC activities.
3.Monitor filler/ electrode daily usage.
4.Monitor correct usage of the WPS.
5.Assist in carrying out line checking and punching.
6.Witness hydrostatic testing together with client Inspector.
7.Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.
INSPECTOR, QC
Chargehand / Technician
1.Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or “A” / “O” or ITE Certificate in Engineering or equivalent
2.Posses any of the following:
a)ASNT Level II – MT / PT
b)ASNT Level II - RT
c)ASNT Level II - VT
3.2 years relevant working experience
4.Familiar with and understand the basic fundamentals of the following processes:
5.SMAW, GTAW, SAW, FCAW, and GMAW Welding processes.
6.Familiar and understand the following testing methods:
a)Hardness Testing
b)Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
c)Pneumatic Testing
d)Positive Material Identification Testing
e)Eddy Current Testing
