Head of Training & Development
Develop, manage and maintain a world-class training and development services to support the business. Formulate and lead the implementation of a company wide training and development strategy inline with business requirements. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources. 5 to 7 years experience in similar position in HR. Effective communication in English language; ability to work in a structured, efficient and independent manner. Computer skills with knowledge of SAP HR Planning and organizing.
