Support and maintenance to Retail and Fleet Automation Systems for WOQOD’s internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Commissioning of Retail Automations Devices (terminations and configurations).

• Second-line of support to all Retail Automation Issues (Service Calls)

• Responsible for technical and achievement reports

• Responsible for baby sitting upon commissioning
• 3 years of more experience in supporting state-of-the-art POS Cash. Registers in C-Store/Petrol Stations

• Graduate of Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or any related 4 year course

• Proficient in Forecourt Devices termination to Site Controller and programming (Fuel Dispensers, ATGs, OPTs, Auto Carwash, etc.)

• Highly knowledgeable in PC Hardware Troubleshooting, LAN/WAN connection, telephone termination and Internet Café maintenance

• Knowledge in Serial Cables pin configurations and standard specs

• Basic knowledge in Industrial Electricity circuits

• Knowledgeable in C-Store/Petrol Station Business Operation and Safety Standards (particularly during maintenance).

• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and must possess a good working attitude
