Key Accountability:
Assure project progress and targets , prepare centralized project plans and
libraries ,assure project methodology and documentation .
Responsibilities:
-Supervise the subordinate of the planning section .
-Coordinate with other section heads for project progress.
-Preparing project definition documentation
-Ensure projects are supported by all necessary resources, plans, materials and
budgets . · 6 years or more of experience in IT project planning including practical experience in
major projects, planning and scheduling ,control contracting and vendor involvement.
Budgetary and cost control
· Oracle Project costing and Billing exposure desirable .
· Proven experience in creating detailed project documentation..
· Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to facilitate team and section member gathering sessions.
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field
· PMP certified is an added value.
· Arabic language preferred, must have good English language competence
