Senior Specialist (Clinical Business & Processes)
Position Summary:
The Senior Specialist Clinical Business & Processes is responsible for change management throughout the E-Health program with special focus on clinical processes. He/she will analyze current clinical processes involving the different healthcare providers and other relevant entities in Qatar and define future standards and processes. He/she will oversee the implementation of these and the relevant change initiatives as part of the E-Health program.
Nature and Scope of Position / Duties & Responsibilities
1.Reviews and understands the current status of the Clinical Change offering across the program.
2.Defines the standards and processes to be adhered to for Clinical Change and leverages lessons leant across the teams. Recommends and implements process improvements.
3.Understands how clinicians work and leverages best practice improvements for clinical practice through the use of E-Health systems.
4.Leads clinical change activities ensuring clinical benefits are delivered and realized by the E-Health & technology investment.
5.Oversee the delivery of the national Clinical change in partnership with healthcare provider teams.
6.Compliance with Supreme Council of Health people management processes for staff under department supervision, sets & managers personal and departmental objectives (on annual basis).

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
I.Formal Education Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Health Care related studies or similar education
II.Experience Requirements:
1.8+ years of professional experience with 4+ years in a leading position in major change programs in the health care industry
