To ensure Original drawings are filed, maintained and controlled. 
To ensure status of books, relief valve files, specifications, manuals, calculations and mechanical completion and commissioning files are maintained properly.
Removal of obsolete documents in compliance with quality system requirement & supervise activities of technical documents in central filing room.
To ensure that all updated drawings are scanned and replace old micro-films with new scanned Tiff files.
To Ensure activities of allocating new drawing numbers, Providing Document ID code for electronic drawings and hard copies.
Communicate to the relevant personnel are done as per procedure.
To ensure that new drawings are registered and records for all relevant drawings in Qafco Technical Document Management System are updated.
Ensure all electronic drawings are available & updation is made in QTDMS.
Supervise activities relating to creation, distribution of requested number of copies for drawings and other technical documents in drawing filing room.
Provide the necessary assistance to the filing room users.

The ideal candidate should have Diploma level education/ higher secondary school with minimum of 6 years of working experience in similar field in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical industry.
