JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Senior Sous Chef
· Head Sous Chef
Requirements:
· Must be Culinary Graduate
· Have an experience with Pre-Opening & Opening of Restaurant (Franchise are preferable)
· Proven working experience as a Senior /Head Sous Chef for minimum of 5 years preferably working in a high end restaurant (Chili’s, TGI Fridays, Pauls, Applebees & etc.)
· Filipino National ( 30- ████████████ )
· Proficiency in both English & Arabic and Computer Literacy
· Very good in Culinary background
· Kitchen Management Skills

Requirements:
· Culinary school diploma
· Proven working experience as a Head/Line Cook for minimum of 2 years preferably working in a high end restaurant (Chili’s, TGI Fridays, Pauls, Applebees & etc.)
· Filipino National ( 25- ████████████ )
· Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
· Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
· Familiar with industry’s best practices

Requirements:
· Must be associate degree in culinary arts, with some chefs holding a bachelor's degree or higher.
· Training may include an apprenticeship position and certification in food safety.
