GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Candidate Should:
· Be responsible for the daily design document preparation of commercial, retail, residential, and all other various Interior design projects.
· Be responsible for all the required workshop drawings and the design details.
· Be providing the most comprehensive and accurate Interiors & Fit-Outs documents feasible in the time allocated.
· Has at least a vocational Diploma / short Course Certificate(In Auto-Cad) and a Bachelor's/College Degree is preferable.
· Has the ability to work sometime by Win-Office program (and we prefer the one is working also by "Rivet" program).
· Has at least 10 years in a similar job (GCC Experience is preferable).
· Be male between 30 - ████████████ .
ACCOUNTABILITY
· The AutoCAD Operator is expected to operate as part of a team.
· He's reported directly to " The Technical Executive Director" and ultimately accountable to him.
· The AutoCAD Operator is required to maintain strong team relationships by working closely with them during the design, shop-drawing details documents preparation for each project.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
· The Technical Executive Director.
· Projects Formen & Engineers.
· Other Designs Engineer & CAD Operators.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform the preparation of Interiors fit-Outs documents in keeping with the firm’s design philosophy. That philosophy is to provide the client not only what is necessary from a permitting standpoint, but also to provide the client with a set of documents which will allow the successful bidder to construct the project efficiently and with minimal changes in scope of work.
· Integration and detailed understanding of multiple key factors should be considered during the course of design.
· The following is brief list of some of the key factors:
v The Decorative Innovators Co. drafting standard
v Clarity and accuracy of document
v Interior Design, Fit-Outs & Furniture engineering practice.
v Client dictated design criteria.
