Job Description
Supervise implementation of HR Personnel Administration activities to update associates personal records like contract of employment, medical insurance, social security, etc. through strict adherence of the approved policies and procedures.
Conduct initial orientation and share important information to new associates so that they are quickly integrated into the organization by acquiring essential know how in the different administration process and procedures.
Supervise processes and inform associates of the requirements in their transactions to facilitate the documentation process and achieve immediate result.
Supervise personnel administration activities like updating personal files, records, salary increase and etc. through efficient, effective and equitable implementation of the policies and standards of the company.
Administer the documentation of corrective and preventive actions imposed to erring associates in compliance with the approved company policies and Saudi Labor Laws (SLL) to inculcate discipline and obedience from all associates.
