1 QUALIFICATIONS:
1.1 Shall have a minimum of two (2) years’ by DNSUnlocker"> experience in the Aviation field and experience in computer data entry.
1.2 Able to communicate on aircraft radio frequencies and provide weather briefing to the pilot.
1.3 Have at least minimum of high school Diploma.
1.4 Be Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
2 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Responsibility of the Passenger Handling Services Agent shall include, but not be limited to:
2.1 Checks in passenger at the ticket counter and ensures proper handling of luggage.
2.2 Makes public announcement and coordinates passenger aircraft boarding / deplaning in the gate area.
2.3 Provide assistance for all customer inquiries.
3 PRINCIPAL TASKS:
3.1 Check daily flight sheets for accuracy.
3.2 Prepare flight release using computer.
3.3 File flight records, monthly reports and schedules.
3.4 Input Aviation Department statistic into Aviation Department computer system using data entry terminal.
3.5 Advise remote locations of out bound supplies and passengers on board aircraft.
3.6 Report emergencies and unusual happenings to Company Representative.
3.7 Send telex messages.
3.8 At outlying stations, Marshall Helicopters, refuel helicopters, escort passengers, demonstrate life support gear and load /
off-load cargo and perform dispatcher duties at offshore platforms.
3.9 File flight plans using (COMPANY NAME) Aviation Department computers.
3.10 On / off-load cargo and passengers from aircraft. Be familiar with and comply with IATA dangerous goods procedure.
3.11 Operate control tower and maintain flight following logs, check transponders, respond to emergency situation of aircraft in
flight. Pass weather conditions to pilots.
3.12 Maintain charted coordinates for airspace restrictions.
3.13 Track and note oil rigs, barges and boat movement in specified oil fields.
