for Debug Engineer
ï· Perform trouble-shooting and repairing on all test boards failed from Production testers.
ï· To be responsible and support production lines for all test boards reject WIP and reduce to a minimum level and solve urgent problems.
ï· As a supervisor (shift leader) to lead/guide/develop a group of Engineering technicians/Operators knowledge and skill to debug reject boards.
ï· Arrange/coordinate assignment to the technicians/operators and supervise them in a daily job/responsibility.
ï· Repairing hardcore board, involve in salvaging activities, test board maintenance and tester built.
ï· Generate test board qualification testing, debug procedures and flows, documentation and daily reports.
ï· Work closely with other groups (board designer in California) in resolving quality and performance board issues.
ï· Involve on new project (SD Scope) as pioneer, replacement of DCA Iminium Agilent (Wide-Bandwidth Oscilloscope)
Capabilities :
ï· Programming of EEPROM (read/write), Lattice, Altera, Flash and Xilink IC and microprocessors
ï· Operate Agilent Digital Communications Analyzer (DCA-J 86100C)
ï· Operate Multi-meter
ï· Using Hakko Blower and Soldering Iron during debugging â Soldering Skills
ï· Familiar with Electrical/Electronic schematic diagram (Pads logic) and BOMâs
