Job Overview:
To manage a group of EOL maintenance engineers and technicians working towards Maintenance engineering
related activities in addressing technical issues and achieving manufacturing goals especially on productivity,
equipment’s efficiency, Yield and cost saving.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the entire designated EOL Mold and Marking equipments and personnel.
2. Initiate and plan on equipment efficiency and improvement projects.
3. Liaise with customer and vendor for the new equipment set up, support and spare parts with higher
efficiency at minimal cost.
4. Responsible on department expenses, budget and cost saving activities.
5. Liaise with customer, vendor and auditors on area related matters.
6. Carry out new task and development programs.
7. Equipment down time monitoring, analysis and improvement plan.
8. Responsible to direct and dedicate the task on all equipment related issue or provide solution to the
maintenance teams.
9. To provide solution on equipment upgrading and restoration to prevent recurrences break down.
10. To ensure all the teams are well establishes and motivated toward overall performance and to meet the
company set goal.
11. Continuous sourcing for new technology to enhance technical competency for manufacturing.
12. To establish healthy and safe working operation.
13. To hire, train and coaches subordinates for continuous improvement and career development
14. Coordinate new processes, support new product and packaging introduction
15. To oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing equipments
including operations for new and existing products.
16. To involve in new packaging design and operation flow for new product development.
17. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualification & Experience:
Degree in related discipline with min 8 years relevant working experience
