Task Description:
- Operates the attractions in a safe and efficient manner
- Assists as trained and directed to provide support in emergency situations that may arise in order to minimise possible damage, loss or injury to any visitors, staff members or property
- Satisfies each visitor by greeting and helping them while maintaining a professional appearance at all times and ensuring fast speed of service, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
- Represents and promote the company in a positive manner at all times in order to maintain a professional brand image to all concerned stakeholders
- Listens actively to visitor feedback, requests and concerns in order to take action in an ethical, effective and timely manner to exceed their expectations.
