Your position and designation is Finance Manager. You are responsible directly to the Managing Director.
You are fully responsible to manage all finance and accounts related tasks for JWK Technologies LTD, including any subsequent subsidiary business as procured, developed or acquired by the company throughout your contract period, with authority and ensuring the day-to-day activities and overall operations within the Finance Department are managed smoothly according to the Managing Director's instructions.
- To supervise and coordinate ALL finance and accounting tasks in a fully operational role, to include, but not exclusive to, Service Centre, Marketing, New Business, Cool Stuf (retail unit),ICT Project and Computer Hardware.
- To assist in the training all staff within the Finance Department and ensure that all personnel from the department have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.
- To ensure that all finance related transactions through the Finance Department are in good condition and accurate.
- To personally conduct and/or supervise all Finance and accounting related tasks within the administration of the organisation, or as soon as deemed necessary to ensure that all outstanding tasks are completed, issues are resolved and the department is managed effectively. Ensuring that all completed tasks however small are personally verified for accuracy control will ensure accuracy within the department
- To report to the Managing Director on a monthly and annual basis with full departmental financial summaries for the attention of the Managing Director by the 26th of each month in report style.
- To submit a monthly departmental plan of action to the Managing Director in relation to cost analysis within the department.
- To follow up and solve any finance and accounting related problems efficiently and effectively with full consultation of the Managing Director.
- To have line management responsibility of the company implementation plan regarding the employment of fully cost effective measures for the service department recognising that shaving costs without jeopardising the quality of service will equal the maximisation of profits and potential profit share.
- To carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by the Managing Director or Board of Directors.
