ROLE/S & RESPONSIBILTY/IES
- Manage work force within the call center, incl. planning shifts and deployment
- Set detailed operational KPIs to achieve the targets set by the Customer Care Dept
- Control and manage overall call center operation
COMPETENCY/IES
- Ability to perform planning, operation control, workforce management, data collection & analysis, as well as to make relevant materials
- Experience in Call Center management preferred
