Main Function
Contributes to the overall profitability of the Business Unit by observing the highest degree of professionalism and quality of work standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
RECRUITMENT
- Shortlists applicants for assigned international accounts generated using sourcing methods:
- Talent Bank
- Advertisement
- Sourcing
- Special Search
- Social Media
- Referrals
- Job Fairs
- Head hunting
- Generates endorsement of qualified candidates as per job description
- Follows the ratio of 1:3 send-off of shortlisted profiles per job opening, with endorsement on a daily basis.
- Short-listing of qualified candidates based on client specifications and ensures of the timely delivery of the short list to the client(s).
- Arrangement of preliminary interview, technical interview and technical examinations for short listed candidates with the client(s).
- Delivery of job offer and assistance to client(s) in the acceptance of job offers.
- Continuous improvement of the recruitment processes to obtain the best candidates suited to the client specifications.
- Participates in the improvement of the Talent Bank to insure accuracy, security, and speed of access and integrity.
- Submits Endorsement Reports, SL Reports, Prequalification Status reports, Weekly Excom Reports in a timely, accurate manner
- Attend to job fairs, conferences, networking initiatives, social media, school events that will generate additional sources of talents and candidates
- Cascades learnings when assigned to attend company-sponsored educational activities, scholarships, leadership trainings, conferences and seminars
- Upholds in strictest manner the confidentiality of all business transactions with clients, prospects, candidates, workers, government agencies and colleagues.
- Meets the monthly targets and production revenues as per Business Unit targets
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Managing Consultant from time to time.
DOCUMENTATION
- Monitors the completeness of documentary requirements of all selected workers or referred (TA) workers by client companies in:
- Middle East / GCC
- Asia-Pacific / ASEAN
- North America
- South America
- Europe
- Maintains the security of all computer systems databases files and records of the Business Unit
- Coordinates with the Processing & Dispatch Associate/Consultant Officer in the preparation of all required documents for visa processing, local employment processing, and foreign employment processing and alike for candidates who have accepted the offer. Documentation includes but is not limited to:
- School Diplomas, Transcript of records and other credentials
- Employment Certificates
- Resume
- Job Offer and Acceptance
- Technical Exam Results / Trade Tests
- Clearances
- Philippine Government Authentication and Licenses
- Police / NBI clearances
- Medical Examination clearances
- Psychometric Examinations
- OWWA, Philhealth, PAGIBIG, SSS membership fees
- Other documents as deemed necessary for employment and or visa processing
- Arranges with processing and documentation group for the ticketing and dispatch of candidates according to client agreement.
- Assists in the preparation of presentations during Career Development Seminars, Pre-departure Orientation Seminars and other seminars / events.
- Sends the Flight Confirmation of workers in coordination with the Processing & Dispatch Group
- Prepares of weekly, monthly and annual reports for information management and submits these reports in a timely, accurate manner
