Job Description:
- Gather, analyze and model Talent-driven data and predictive analytics (financials, revenue, productivity, HR performance indicators, market intelligence), using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to develop quantitative and qualitative insights, improve decision-making into the firm’s investment in Talent and drive Talent Strategy formation.
Key Responsibilities
Overall
- Develop data-driven insights into the patterns of our workforce to improve business performance and enhance competitive advantage
- Create data-driven insights to better allocate our talent-related spending to drive our people’s engagement, talent quality and business outcomes
- Execute analytics efforts to guide the firm’s Talent Strategy formation
- Long range talent planning that matches the qualitative insight of business leaders around talent needs
- Comprehensive dashboards that channels alignment around the key strategic talent actions that need to be considered and key talent practices that require investment, in line with revenue targets
- Analytics that speaks towards Talent, Leadership, Culture, Pyramid deep-dive, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity
- Identify and recommend process improvements based on results of analytics work Data Analytics and Information Technology
- Utilize tools and analytics infrastructure (e.g SAS business analytics software) for data mining to develop business data insights
- Design quantitative and qualitative research approaches/programs and design surveys (sampling, questionnaire preparation, scales, reliability and validity of questionnaire)
- Responsible for statistical inference of data through estimation techniques and hypothesis testing
- Gather business intelligence for decision making
- Statistical background is advantageous
