JOB DESCRIPTION:
LEAD INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROLS ENGINEER
Roles and Responsibilities
§ Prepare engineering specifications, drawings, and performs calculations in support of engineering activities involving control systems for various unit processes
§ Develop P&IDs, basic control schematics, basic panel layout diagrams, instrument installation details, and plans
§ Reviews manufacturer information to assure compliance with specifications
§ Configure unit process control logic in PLCs / OITs and graphical HMIs, data archiving and report solutions
§ PLC, DCS, HMI and SCADA system planning, design, programming and upgrade
§ Assist in control systems testing, equipment commissioning, field testing and system acceptance including operational readiness testing
Qualifications & Experience
§ A minimum of relevant Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
§ A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a LSTK Medium Sized Project of E&I scope
§ Strong communication, interpersonal and customer facing skills
§ Preference will be given to the personnel have previously worked under Saudi Aramco Projects/Contracts and PE licensure in control systems
LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
§ Provide technical expertise and guidance during field engineering, installation and testing of electrical components and systems in line with relevant International codes and standards for electrical components and systems
§ Monitor electrical construction schedule and progress
§ Works in a dynamic team environment that has high expectations for flawless project execution in safety, quality, cost and schedule performance which requires the incumbent to demonstrate accuracy, initiative and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
§ Demonstrate willingness to tackle a variety of tasks in response to evolving business
§ Work out and ensure SAUDI ARAMCO standards and procedures are followed on all project activities and adherence to HSE and Quality requirements
Education and Experience
§ Bachelor's degree – in Electrical Engineering
§ Minimum 5 years experience working in EPC projects in Saudi Arabia
§ Candidates having previous experience working on SAUDI ARAMCO projects will be preferred.
QC ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
§ Coordinate all inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) to establish if client requirements are achieved
§ Record and document all deviations from the Project Quality Program and Company Integrated Management System (IMS)
§ Generate client Requests For Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for Hold, Witness and Inspection points
§ Carry out inspections on Exception Items (EI) as documented in the internal system and sign off a closed when activity is completed
§ Continually carry out surveillance inspections on the project recording and document all deviations from Project Quality Program and Integrated Management System (IMS)
§ Review the calibration status of test equipment being utilized ensuring the equipment is within calibration prior to use
§ Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to the Project Quality Program and the Integrated Management System (IMS)
§ Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.
Education and Experience
§ Engineering Graduate / Diploma certified as Inspector
§ Minimum 5 years relevant and similar capacity
§ Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
§ Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous
§ Candidates having previous experience working on SAUDI ARAMCO projects will be preferred
QC INSTRUMENTATION INSPECTOR
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
§ Plan and organize work activities through proper documentation control related in construction such as, loop check, motor test, MCC, PLC, punch list, re-instatements, making of test packages and etc.
§ Perform complex inspection of installation in accordance with Saudi Aramco Standards or equivalent standard in materials, methods, specification and hazardous area identification
§ Interpret different instrumentation drawings, review, and check to field installation in verification of quantity installed
§ Punch item clearing on requisite to integrated commissioning & progress system
§ Coordinate to E/I team on phases of requirements and problems in compliance with project scheduled time frame
Education and Experience
§ Engineering Graduate / Diploma certified as Inspector

INSTRUMENT & CONTROLS ENGINEER
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
§ Work as Project Engineer on the project involving Control systems upgrade of an Oil stabilizing plant.
§ Responsible for Supervising hot cut-over, Panel wiring, ESD and BMS system installation in Control rooms and Process Interface Buildings and pre-commissioning of the same.
§ Well versed with Instrumentation drawings, data sheets, I/O wiring drawings, P&IDs, specifications, calculations etc.
§ Knowledge of DCS, ESD, BMS, Vibration monitoring, Compressor control & Anti-surge and Fire & Gas detection systems.
§ Effectively work coordinate and communicate with Client, Vendors and Site installation Team
§ Work out and ensure SAUDI ARAMCO standards and procedures are followed on all project activities and adherence to HSE and Quality requirements.
Education and Experience
§ Bachelor's degree – in relevant Engineering discipline
§ Min. 5 years experience working on Systems.
§ Candidates worked on SAUDI ARAMCO project in similar capacity will be preferable.
§ Candidates having experience working on EMERSON Delta-V System are most preferred.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
§ Work as Project Engineer in an EPC project both in Engineering office and field construction sites

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
§ Control the distribution of documents.
§ Submission of documents to the client through transmittal.
§ Arrangement of copies of the documents submitting to KOC as per document distribution matrix.
§ Preparation of electronic copies (PDF) of transmittal submitted to client.
§ Arrangement of copies of the documents replied by the client to the concerned discipline engineer.
§ Filing of documents submitted to / received from the client.
§ Updating the Data Logbook for the transmittals, letters and documents submitted to client and received from client.
§ Preparation of Monthly Document Status for incoming and outgoing of transmittals.
§ Responsible for safe work practices.
§ Responsible for assisting and cooperating with the management in achieving the aims and objectives outlined in the ‘Health & Safety Policy.
§ Responsible for identifying and reporting any unsafe, hazardous act, source and situation

PLANNING ENGINEER/SCHEDULER
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
§ Preparing Schedule for all bidding projects with manpower histogram.
§ Inspecting site on daily basis.
§ Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly project progress reports and submitting it to the client.
§ Preparation and submission of Weekly Management Project & Procurement Status Report”
§ Invoice preparation.
§ Preparing plant shut down schedule as required.
§ Preparation of Site Work Stoppage Report as required
§ Monitoring of project progress based on schedule.
§ Highlighting project progress concerns to the Project Manager
§ Attending meeting with clients as per client’s requirement.
§ Responsible for safe work practices.
