Job description
Overall Purpose
- Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve > a. Cost b. Quality c. Client Value
- Oversee the design, development of quality related initiatives and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives.
- Support business and functional team to achieve quality objectives.
- Interact with client/ internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
- Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.
- Lead global projects in BE
- People manager for a team
- Motivate and mentor team members in managing their personal and professional goals
- Drives the BE program for a client/ clients in a site/ across sites
- Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma and Lean projects for his influence
- Work with Service Delivery Leads/Functional Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing, enhancing and sharing quality best practices "
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's course
- 5 years of relevant experience
- 9 years overall work experience
Primary requirement
- Continuous Improvement Practitioner and Driver
- Quality Program / Project Manager
Secondary requirement
- Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt / Black Belt Trained professional with good knowledge of Lean practices
- Strong Knowledge of Quality Principles and Techniques essential
- Needs to have worked in a BPO – Operational Excellence (or similar) function
- Certification in Lean and other quality practices added advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
