Job description
- Work with site vendor leadership to develop and execute performance improvement programs; follow-up to ensure programs are effective, implement change as necessary, and escalate when appropriate
- Partner with Vendor Performance Manager and Delivery Operations Lead to implement effective vendor management processes to support goal attainment
- Implement plans and policy as determined by Accenture and Site Operations team
- Provide regular and ad-hoc results interpretation to Accenture management as requested
- Conduct Focus groups as needed aimed at gathering feedback on improvement opportunities
- Conduct Y-Jack with agents on the floor weekly
- Schedule and lead call monitoring sessions weekly
- Address site operational issues with vendor; escalate to Vendor Performance Manager as necessary
- Partner with Vendor Performance and Delivery Operations Lead to document and act on key risks and issues impacting the program/site
- Participate in weekly vendor meetings, address key performance concerns, and follow up on vendor action plans to drive performance
- Deployment Initiatives:
- Monitor deployment initiatives; inspect deployment initiatives and implement plans to resolve problem areas as appropriate and escalate any issues to Vendor Performance Manager, Delivery Operations Lead and/or Transformation Lead, as appropriate
- Partner with Vendor Performance Manager and Transformation team to support project/client initiatives in their assigned site(s)
- Monitor and provide feedback on initiative success (both during and after implementation)
- Client Management:
- Host site visits as applicable for Accenture and client visitors
- Participate in strategic client reviews and planning sessions for assigned site
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Contact Center Industry required (4 years preferred)
- High volume customer interaction organization management including a demonstrated ability to attain measurable goals
- Call center management heading a large team (50+) preferred
- Call Center vendor management experience preferred
- Experience working with consulting, third party contractors
