Job Description
1) Should have the knowledge of food & beverage service.
2) To ensure the best service according to the club standard.
3) To guide the staff according to requirements of the functions.
4) To follow the layout plan according to the guests request
5) To take the order from the guest in regards to the plan of the function and implement accordingly.
6) Ensure the smooth services during the operation of functions.
7) To ensure the staff follow the greeting standard of Dana club.
8) To co-ordinate with host in charge during ladies wedding.
9) To handle the guest’s complaints and solve it on the spot, if the complaints relevant to the Banquet Manger needs to report it to Banquet Manager.
10) To ensure the payment from the guest during female weddings if they consume extra food , furniture.
11) To follow the instructions given by the Banquet Manager or by the head waiters.
12) To follow and delegate the cleanness and hygiene service standard set by Dana club.
13) To ensure the closing procedure in place after every function.
14) To ensure to meet entire plan of the operation of the function as per guest requirements.
15) To seek prior approval from the host in charge of the female wedding in case of any change of plan.
16) To ensure prior approval from the guest before serving dinner whether set menus or buffet.
17) To advise the policy of the club to the guest on their request not within the policies.
18) To inform the guest in advance before windup of the event.
19) To assign and lead female staff of wedding functions.
20) To assign casual staff in accordance to the function requirements.
21) To ensure the menu which serves is in accordance to the guest selection stated in function sheet.
22) To follow all the requirements are in accordance with function sheet.
23) The job comprises of all these parts but it’s not limited to this and the employee may be given other duties as per business demands.
