Getting through the first test of competence, CBT test, is proving a challenge for Filipino nurses as they are being tested on material which they will not have any knowledge of, hence the high failure rate to date.
To remedy this situation, a UK agency is holding an intensive crash course for Part 1 of the CBT which will insure their ability to pass the CBT test
Job Connections, a well-established UK recruitment company has established a link to nurses interested to take the course:
The course, Offers classroom based learning (in the Philippines) with UK basedNurse instructors, muli-choice mock exams simulated computer based tests, exams techniques, strategies, UK based healthcare legislation and final legislation. The course will drastically improve the chances of Filipino nurses to pass the CBT tests. We advised that the first training will take place in Manila.
Details on the test and how to apply can be accessed from the Job Connections link.
Like everything else, good training is the key to success. We are lucky to have well-seasoned UK Nurse trainers coming to deliver the first CBT training in the Philippines.
Any nurse serious about wanting to successfully register with NMC is urged to find out for themselves how this training will help them achieve their dream.
