Job Description:
- Capability Development Delivery: responsible for overall delivery of learning solutions. The Development Lead will collaborate with the Capability Solutions Lead to understand the solutions that have been identified to help employee build capabilities. With the Lead’s direction and guidance, the Delivery team will determine the appropriate delivery method for the solution, applying understanding of the learning needs and styles of the target audience. The Team will then deliver the solutions, partnering with key groups such as vendors, internal facilitators and Accenture Learning. The Delivery Lead also guides their team in reviewing results of learning programs, adjusting delivery strategies as needed to achieve optimal performance and impact.
- Transition Lead: Oversee a small team designing leading-edge processes regarding the on boarding and integration of new joiners, and exit of employees from the organization.

- He PDC Learning & Transition Lead will possess the following:
- A strong training and development background - Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Ability to understand the requirements of each business group and understand how to formulate a Center-wide strategy and processes that support each group’s objectives while maintaining consistency where possible
