I. Position Summary |
The main purpose of this job is to help improve the over-all performance of the various business and support units through performance planning, monitoring, analysis, reporting and review. The jobholder is also expected to provide guidance and support to the various units in the implementation of the company’s corporate performance framework (which includes Balanced Scorecard, management reports, risk management, change management, business reviews, etc) |
II. Duties and Responsibilities |
1. Provides guidance to unit heads in setting up and implementing their business plans, operating plans, scorecards, and management reports.
2. Conduct regular analysis of the performance of the organizational units assigned to him and provide Management with the result of his analysis
3. Organize performance reviews between top Management and the division/department heads.
4. Regularly monitor the performance of the various businesses and organizational units. Conduct performance audit from time to time.
5. Recommends and/or handles continual improvement initiatives in terms of fresh and innovative tools, frameworks, approaches, and best practices to improve organizational performance.
6. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

III. Job Qualifications |
1. Education and Training: Graduate of 4 year University course preferably in Engineering or Finance disciplines. Preferably with MBA degree or equivalent masteral studies.
2. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in any of the following functions: corporate performance management, corporate planning, strategic planning, Business Excellence, etc. Preferably with background in the construction or maintenance business |
IV. Competency Requirement |
1. Knowledge · Sound understanding of principles and practical application of Balanced Scorecard or Key Performance Indicators. · Sound understanding of enterprise risk management · Sound understanding of business process management concepts and practices

Skills & Abilities · Financial Analysis - ability to interpret and analyze Financial Statements · Quantitative Analysis - ability to sift through and analyze complicated data and make logical and sound interpretation · Management Reporting Skills - ability to create and present management-level reports · Influencing Skills - ability to exercise influence across the organization through his personality, communication and approach · Presentation Skills - ability to present ideas to senior management level · Diagnostic skills - ability to diagnose performance-related problems and analyze gaps · English Fluency - Above average spoken and written English
