OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
The HR Recruitment Lead will oversee and manage the execution of the recruiting process based on the Recruiting Plan. The Recruiter – Manager will also ensure that the overall recruiting strategy developed by the Philippines Recruitment Lead/Senior Manager is achieved by managing the recruiting capability for multiple Operating Units, Capability Groups, Workforces and/or manage the recruiting process for a large recruiting demand plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITIES
Strategic
- Define and set the strategy for meeting the recruiting demand for a large, complex part of the organization in coordination with the Philippines Recruitment Lead/Senior Manager and ensure that it is in line with the company’s business strategy.
- Participate in the creation and refinement of the Recruitment Plan for the account handled.
- Manage the research of external marketplace/industry trends and provides external marketplace analysis to the Philippines Recruitment Lead/Senior Manager, recruiting team and stakeholder group/clients.
- Monitor external competitor analyses and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure that hiring processes are effective, recommend and implement process improvements. Discusses process improvement recommendations with the Philippines Recruitment Lead/Senior Manager.
- Collaborate with key leadership on profile development, and supply / demand planning to meet overall business objectives. Includes monitoring the recruiting pipeline against key performance indicators and adjusting the plan, if necessary.
- Accountable for consistency of messages and compliance to the recruitment process.
- Promote the company’s image in the marketplace.
- Define and customize the selling messages delivered to the candidates.
- Monitor strategic projects and initiatives assigned to him/her.
Operational
- Manage team to execute the Recruiting Plan and meet targets.
- Ensure 100% compliance to the Philippines Recruitment processes and policies.
- Report on status and effectiveness of recruitment progress/recruiting metrics, team member productivity/activity, and issues, recommend actions.
- Provides weekly management reports to the Philippines Recruitment Lead/Senior Manager regarding the progress of recruiting for account handled. The weekly management reports will include: YTD Demand Fulfillment Scorecard per
- Project, operational issues and potential approaches to address these, and status of account specific recruitment initiatives/programs.
- Ensure that the recruitment systems are current and used effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct interviews
- Leads and facilitates personnel requisition / demand meetings with stakeholders
- Closely coordinates with the BPO/Services Management Manager and with downstream HR and business partners to ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners.
- Manage a large team of recruiters who are responsible for profile development/management, sourcing, assessment phases of the recruitment process
- Facilitate teamwork, identify issues affecting team progress and recommend solutions, coordinate workload.
