Delivering Business Transformation Projects
- Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gathering and documenting client's current business processes, people and technology capabilities and requirements.
- Performing financial assessments to support the development of new business processes and architecture.
- Designing, developing and delivering new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies.
- Developing communications, training and job aids to support change management activities.
- Executing the testing and implementation of new business processes. Leading a small team to execute project components to scope, schedule and budget.
Client Relationship Development and Management
- Delivering client presentations and facilitating meetings and workshops.
- Develop client stakeholder relationships and communications at a working level at all stages of the project.
Practice Building
- Supporting the growth of the practice through assisting with new business proposals and presentations, recruitment activities, coaching and mentoring to analysts.
- Support practice building activities e.g. conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting.
Qualification:
Managers and Senior Managers
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in at least two of the following areas Organization Management, Change Management, HR Transformation, Organization Effectiveness, HR and Talent Management, Learning and Collaboration from any industry
- Minimum of 3 years project and team management experience
- Must be a degree holder

- Capable of building strong relationships with clients and working as part of a team
- -Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including engagement at the senior level
- -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- -Solid financial acumen, analytical, diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
- -Adept at using experience and knowledge of industry, geographic and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.
- -Effective leadership and management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results.
- -Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences e.g. oral and written and can facilitate complex discussions.
