The AEE Payroll Ops Manager is over-all in charge in managing the PDC payroll operations, ensuring that all metrics are met based on service level agreements.
Manage the team’s day-to-day operations in accordance to SLAs/KPIs set. Reviews, checks and approves all regular payroll process cycle (end to end), payroll journal entries, payments and accruals, training allowances, final pays of resigned employees, GCP, retirement accounting, maternity pay, remittances and reconciliation of withholding taxes/statutory, ORIX, Global Equity Shares, etc.
Over-all in charge of payroll related statutory reporting
Overall in-charge of managing directors’ payroll processing.
In charge of 100% internal control compliance related to payroll operations
Identify management and operational issues, risks, and challenges in the team and be able to provide necessary recommendations needed for resolution.
Lead and manage relationship with the payroll vendor; ensure all SLAs/metrics are met.
Lead local service review reporting to HR and country controllership
Lead the team’s Business Continuity Management; ensure that all related documents are up-to-date and testing is conducted regularly as scheduled. All findings and action items as a result of the testing is reviewed and acted upon.
Represents payroll processes in any local or global projects and ensuring that risks are mitigated in relation to implementation
Help define projects, track metrics to realize headcount targets and track progress against deployment objectives and SLAs..
Provide timely performance feedback to direct reports and career counselees. Be able to determine and implement training programs to improve individual performance
