Requirements & Qualifications
You will work in the Creative department and be managed by the Creative Director. Your
briefs will include magazine layouts, brand kits, advertisement designs, campaign design,
web designs, user interface designs, user experience designs, infographics and
photoediting. Must posses expert understanding of multimedia design and experience
building files for both print and digital. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals,
typography & limitations of the web. Should have the ability to storyboard or translate
ideas to designers and develop innovative graphical solutions A strong working knowledge
of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated
campaigns
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface
and interactive design, including image optimization and site mapping
Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash
Experience with Adobe AfterEffects & video editing (a plus) needed for this position
Knowledge of HTML, DHTML CSS, Actionscript & Drupal
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to supervise and train
employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
Should have a killer portfolio with variety of industries and deliverables represented. Should
have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions
while keeping a keen attention to detail. Should be able to work with teams of creative,
editorial and management staff. Willingness and ability to juggle numerous projects
simultaneously, and respond to changing priorities. Must have the ability to work as part of
a team to accomplish broader goals and objectives.
