ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Customers
· Assist the RM in ensuring the consistent planning, production, preparation, and prompt delivery of food.
· Ensures that all customers are completely satisfied. Resolves customer service issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
· Asks for suggestions and reactions from customers..
· Provides direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
· Regularly measures and evaluates service standards by using various feedback tools. (Daily Manger walk)
Sales & Profit
· Assists the RM to increase sales through Customer Service, Food Quality, Sanitation or Restaurant level marketing activities.
· Assist Restaurant Manger in Store level marketing implementation.
· Ensure proper food management using prescribed controls (Daily Inventory count, Ideal & Actual usage analysis, Product yields, Projections and waste control)
· Take corrective actions as per the instructions of RM to control Cost of Sales.
· Ensures that proper cash handling procedures are followed. Balances cash on hand at the end of the day.
· Performs checkouts of servers, riders and cashiers ensuring that all tickets are accounted for, the proper amount of cash, gift vouchers are obtained from employees.
· Prepares reports at end of a shift that may include: daily labor control, daily food control, and daily sales. Through effective use of POS inventory, sales & labor modules.
· Effectively communicates with Support Services department to achieve maximum support to the restaurant.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High School diploma; and/or 3 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
For Internal Candidates Only
· Crew training certification, including Train-the-Trainer.
· SDP (Supervisor Development Program) & RMDP(Restaurant Manager Development Program) Certified.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
· Maintains a valid Drivers License.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
· Ability to write reports, business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
