Male25 Years Old and AboveMinimum of 5 Years ExperienceAt Least Bachelor's / College DegreeBASIC FUNCTIONS: Function as the trainer at a MSTC facility. The role of the trainer will be planning, preparing, and conducting training programs, evaluations, and medical-specific exercises for theRoyal Saudi Land Armed Forces (RSLF). The trainer will teachmedical treatment skills, life support methods and emergency treatment procedures.The trainers will train RSLF in Tactical Combat Casualty care (TC3), Combat Life Saver (CLS) training, and enroute patient care (evacuation). Trainer will use latest innovative simulation training tools and educational software that is used by US Military to deliver world-class training curricula to the Saudi military medics & troops.As part of the training, the trainers will provide coaching, training, and assistance to medical units and personnel as necessary to facilitate effective execution of training program activities..
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Associate of Applied Sciences or higher-level education program for Emergency Medical Technicians (Paramedic). A combination of five (5) years technical training and experience is acceptable in lieu of formal education requirement. Current certification in EMT-P (Paramedic), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pre-hospital Life Support (PHTLS) or its equivalent.
Experience:Former officer with five (5) years of experience in field combat health support operations. Previous experience as an instructor, unit trainer, or training evaluator with assignments at battalion and higher-level units preferred. Have seven (7) years of experience as an EMT five (5) of which as a paramedic. At least three (3) years of experience as an emergency medical services instructor or trainer (civilian or military) to include assessment of clinical skills. Must be well versed in the English language (verbal and written). Preference for knowledge of Arabic language. Also preferred the trainer has experience giving such training in the GCC region.
