Education: B Sc. Engineering, B Tech or BE (Mechanical).
Experience: Shall have minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas projects withexperience in establishment, operation and maintenance of qualitymanagement system in accordance with applicable internationalstandards with capability of developing and implementing quality plan,work procedures and inspection plans.Shall have experience in quality management in projects covering design,engineering, procurement, construction, inspection/ testing andcommissioning phases. Language ability: Fluent in written and spoken English PDO/Oxy Experience: Preferred in similar position. HSE training courses: HSE Induction, H2S awareness Special skills: IRCA certified Lead Auditor/AuditorProficient in technical report writing.Shall have supervisory skillsShall have technical knowledge of inspection and exposer to multidiscipline works of oil and gas construction fieldComputer literate – MS Word, Excel Medical fitness: Physically fit for interior/desert assignmentJob summary:1. Preparation, implementation, monitoring, revision and updating of suppliers ContractQuality Plan.2. Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all contract specificprocedure and work instructions.3. Review and monitoring Sub-contractors Quality System and quality systems and qualityperformance.4. Preparation, implementation, revision and monitoring quality control plans (QCP/ITP).5. Maintaining quality records.6. Reporting Quality activities as directed.7. Liaison with Clients on matters related to Quality as applicable.8. Auditing – internal and external, follow up of corrective actionsHSE Responsibility:1. Attends HSE meetings.2. Ensures that HSE requirements are considered in the job order reviews and work schedule.3. Observe and follow HSE rules and regulations.
