Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least College Level (Undergraduate).

- Perform a few distinct intricate activities that will entail the operation of keyboard equipment and other office machinery
- Maintain records/files, replenish stationery and arrange servicing of office equipment to ensure the department head can function effectively and with minimum disruption.
- Register all Arriving/Departing Crew and manage vessel Cabin Allocations.
- Distribute Personnel On Board list to shore on a daily basis.
- Update and distribute Lifeboat and Crew Lists onboard.
- Maintain and distribute Project and Marine personnel’s Monthly Time Records, Weekly Timesheets, dealing with salary related issues and travel expenses.
- Liaise with regional Offshore Personnel Logistics to coordinate regular ship crew changes and Project related mobilizations of personnel.
- Make arrangements for meetings, including booking venue, ensuring all participants are aware of timing, adequate supplies of stationery are available and may attend meeting as minute’s secretary.
- Perform basic tasks such as taking copies of documents, preparing meeting packages etc.
- File all correspondence.
- Process all outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail.
- Provide required assistance to colleagues of the department.
- Liaise with other departments as and when required.
- Computer entry/ document filing/update records.
- Compliance in accordance with section/Company policies & procedures, Policy of Integrity & Code of Conduct and HSE standards.
- Perform work under close supervision of senior colleagues.
- Work in close coordination with colleagues of the department.
- Work within a well-structured environment with clear reporting lines and defined accountabilities.
- Guided by Company polices & procedures, Integrity Policy & Code of Conduct and HSE standards.
- 5 years’ experience on offshore oil fields.
- Good computer skill.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal & customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
