§ Handling tickets/tasks and application support to the end-users. § Functional assistance to key users. § Master data maintenance and creation. § Maintain Responsibility Matrix § Control System environment. § Schedule and monitor system processes. § Interaction with core team members, end users & other team members § Bug fixing |
 System Enhancement     |
§ Study new system enhancements and identify its need. § Configure and document the change management. § Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenario. § Perform System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing on test server. § Implement the solution on Live server. |
 Trainings   |
·        Preparing end-user Manuals. ·        Role/Responsibility based training to end-users. |
 System Upgrades     |
§ Study new release. § Prepare test scripts for testing the new release. § Perform System Integration Testing and Performance Testing. § Prepare User Acceptance Tests. § Conduct and collect bugs/issues through detailed User Acceptance Testing. § Apply patches and retest the issues. § Upgrade Live server and fix accordingly.  |
 Bugs Fixing    |
§ Register problem encountered by users or arise due to any change occurred in the system. § Analyze the problem. § If required consult with Meta-link and raise SAR. § Migrate the issue on test server § Solve and implement on live system. |
 New Implementations      |
§ AS IS - Study Current Business Process and its implications. § Mapping and GAP analysis for each module. § TO BE â future processes document § Configuration of test system. § Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios. § Perform System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing on test server. § Implement the solution on Live server. |
Job Title: Support Analyst â HR & Payroll
 QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, Skills & Knowledge |
§ Experience of more than 4 years in implementing and supporting Oracle Applications ERP system (version R12 and above ) §  Experience of at least 2 HR & Payroll implementation project cycle is a must. § Hands-on experience with configuring the Oracle ERP HR & Payroll modules and data migration. § Possess knowledge of Cross-functional business (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, etc) and Month end closing procedures. § Experience with one or more industry standard systems implementation methodology like Oracle's AIM methodology, Six Sigma, CMMi, etc § Strong analytical and problem solving skills. § Ability to analyze users' business processes and needs, and convey a vision for improving their business in the context of employing Oracle Applications, through the addition of reports, queries, tools. § 11i & R12 Upgrade project experience § Language Proficiency â English(fluent) and Arabic(preferable) § BS degree  |
