- 10 YEARS EXP IN THE TELECOMMUNICATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
- EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF OSP & FIBER IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
- INTERNATIONAL EXP & MULTI VENDOR/OPERATOR EXP WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
- OPS DESIGN DESIGN SPECIFICALLY TO FIBER ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN REQUIREMENTS TO FTTX AND COPPER DEPLOYMENT OF TRIPLE PLAY SERVICES.
- SETS AND MANAGES CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONSÂ AS WELLÂ OF THE COMPANY WITHIN THE REGION.
- COMPREHENDS ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER.
- CONTROL THE REGIONAL PROCESS ACCRODING TO THE DEFINED TIME SCHEDULE.
- ESTABLISHES A REGIONAL PROJECT ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE.
- DEFINES THE SCOPE OF WORKS FOR ALL POSITIONS INTEGRATED IN THE REGIONAL PROJECT TEAMS.
- SELECTS AND APPROVES ALL REGIONAL MANAGER AND OTHER KEY PERSONNEL WITHIN THE SUB-ORGANIZATIONS.
- ORGANIZES TRAINING FOR THE REGIONAL MANAGERS.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL WORK RELATED TO THE PERSONNEL ISSUES FOR EMPLOYEES ASSIGN TO THE REGIONS.
- RESPONSIBLE TO THE REGIONAL BUDGET AND FOR IMPLEMENTING THE COST REDUCTION MEASURES IF REQUIRED.
- FOLLOW UP PROJECT GUIDE LINES SET BY THE PROJECT DIRECTOR.
- ENSURES THAT ALL ACTIVITIES AND INTERACTIONS ARE AS PER THE COMPANY'S CODES OF CONDUCT AND ETHICS GUIDELINES.
- ADHERE TO ALL CITY/MUNICIPALITY SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND TRIANING PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
- SUPERVISE COPPER AND FIBER SPLICING WORK ACTIVITIES AND MONITORING SPLICERS, INSTALLERS, ETC.
