Electronics Technicians (appliances)
- Repair defective electronics items (ex. TVs, Plasma screens, LCD screens, home theaters, DVD players, projectors, and small home appliances….etc) according to the working instructions.
- Re-install defective items at customer’s place after repair.
- Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working instructions.
- Control the consumption of spare parts.
- Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.
- Responsible for product handling while pulling out / delivery to customer’s place.
- Prepare home visit report for all the executed visits.
- Preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss-use cases.
- Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the Technical Center Head.
- Collect money from customers for chargeable cases and submit them at the point of sales.
- Daily update the system for the work done.
- Manage and supervise the sub-contractor performance in his city.
- Assure the implementation of the services SOPs in his daily activities
- Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work.
- Honesty / Integrity & Disciplined.
- Holding Diploma degree in electronics or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electronics products repair preferably in authorized service centers.
- Age between 24 and 32 years with no health limitation.
- Hard working and team player.
- High ownership towards work-space.
- Customer oriented.
- Electronics repair skill for all product range like High end LCDs, Plasma, CRT, DVD players, Hi-Fi and home theaters
- Analytical and trouble-shooter.
- Good computer skills especially for Microsoft office applications
- Communicate in Arabic and/or English Language
- Pleasant personality
- Self-starter.
