* 4 years or more of experience in IT project planning including practical experience in major projects, planning and scheduling, control contracting and vendor involvement. * Budgetary and cost control. Oracle Project costing and Billing exposure desirable. * Proven experience in creating detailed project documentation. * Very strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to facilitate team and section member gathering sessions. * PMP certified is an added value. * Arabic language preferred, must have good English language competence. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field.
